Envolta Smart-e-Utility-Server reading analogue
and digital inputs with built-in GPRS gateway integrated at
the site. Three sites - two at 30 km away & one at 60 km
away; Remote ON/OFF facility; Daily Reports.

Live monitoring of total flow rate of water, flow
totalizer, pump pressure and energy consumption on a real-
time basis; remote control of the pumps; Saving in man-
hours on operation and monitoring cost
Mining and Infra case study
Need
Auto demand controlling system at 220 kV Grid with
auto-tripping of ACBs based on Set Priority and pre-defined
customised logic.

Solution
Energy meters in Line-1 & Line-2 connected via
RS485 Modbus along with Allen Bradley PLC, with Main Server
PC. Total demand calculated comprising of Line-1 + Line-2.
Total demand graph and logic developed. Tripping of 10 Nos. of
ACB via AB PLC based on close loop logic.
Result
Configurable Demand value on software. Customized
screens and reports. Daily automated consumption report for
Line-1, Line-2 & Tie-Line. Demand management became very
simple & easy to manage,
